Someone in
http://forum.spywareterminator.com/Default.aspx?g=posts&m=21131 says
"Both Avira and Boclean alert to this now" (on the 13th), so i'm
guessing that person meant AntiVir Premium and that virusscan.jotti.org
means AntiVir Classic. I'm trying to determine if AntiVIr Premium, which
is a "real" antispyware (and antivirus) program, has already detected
this as soon as CounterSpy.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
