[pchelpers] Re: PC not able to communicate with printer

Cannon MPV190 Printer.

Done the tests, cables all connected, switch off printer and restart. 
Restart computer.  No success. Same error message.

Found.   Tried.  No "StatusMonitor" to rightclick on.
