[pchelpers] Re: Overquoting

We try to maintain a similar standard. Members replying to messages are 
encouraged to quote only what is relevant from the original message, 
while keeping the subject line the same. This way, there are minimal 
over quoting problems, and things are much easier to find in the list 
archives. Doesn't that sound sensible to you?
