[pchelpers] Re: Overquoting

I see the information in the email I am replying to. It is just when I 
am writing a reply that it doesn't show. But I have seen that the mail 
containing my reply has it in there.
My mail is set to HTML except when one or more recipients are unable to 
receive it in that form. Then it will revert to plain text. I thought 
this sufficient. Is it?
