The stuff at the bottom (where it says "list-services-below") is
already in each and every message, so there's even less reason to
quote that. If I hadn't deleted it, there would have been 3 copies of
it on this message. The way that some people write replies, one has to
look through the ENTIRE email, including all 3 copies of that
paragraph, to see if they added something in at some odd place.  Thus,
if you don't trim your quotes, it takes me longer to read your email.

Worse, think about someone who is unable to read, and who uses a
screen reader to read email. Do you REALLY want them to go insane
because they have to hear ALL of the same thing over and over and over
again? and it's not even YOUR voice that they listen to, but a voder
voice. :)
