[pchelpers] Outlook Express folders/ to Nigel too

Nigel, I think like me you in the past have had problems with your outlook 
express folders.

Well, give this a try.

Delete your deleted emails first in Outlook Express.

Then go up to file, folder, and click 'compact all folders'.

Or just click on the folder that is giving you the fits, and go to file, 
folder, and click 'compact' and it will compact that one folder.  

This seems to really help the problem I was having.
