[pchelpers] Outlook Express / Thunderbird

Do these programs import e-mail from only one screen name.
Would I then, if I even imported e-mail from one AOL screen name, get no  
mail on the name at AOL.  In other words, it Outlook Express is importing  
mail, 
then the mailbox that it imported from would be empty.
 
What is the benefit of doing that?
 
Also, I guess Outlook express or Thunderbird can be used for a new screen  
name with having to import anything.  I really have enough screennames on  AOL. 
 
  I don't see the need to use either of thes e-mail  clients.
 
also, is Eudora mail still being used.  I have an executable file for  
eudora.  I used to use Eudora for a reason and I cannot remember why.
