One thing you could check is: in Tools/Options/Security
Is the box checked which tells it not to open attachments that could have a
virus?
Perhaps making sure this box has no mark in it, attachments will be allowed
through.
My only other suggestion is with your antivirus program which checks your
e-mail.

Whenever I get a attachment sent to me in via email Outlook Express I get
this message: "OE has removed access to the follwing unsafe attachments to
your email.........
(then it lists the attachment(s) it would not allow thru).
Is there anyway I can get by this as it is annoying
