[pchelpers] Outlook Express Problems

Hello
Whenever I get a attachment sent to me in via email Outlook Express I get this 
message: "OE has removed access to the follwing unsafe attachments to your 
email.........
(then it lists the attachment(s)  it would not allow thru). 
Is there anyway I can get by this as it is annoying
