[pchelpers] Outlook Express Folders

Hi Guys

Sad to say I was unable to import the message files into OE on my friends 
machine. However I did leave them intact on his desktop with the "Read 
only" attribute disabled.
He will take it to whomever he finds in the yellow pages of the locale he 
lives in.
