I looked for NSIS in the OpenOffice Setup and Troubleshooting forum at
http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewforum.phtml?f=1 using the search
function and found what is perhaps your whole error message:

NSIS ERROR: The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or
incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disc, a failed
download or a virus. You may want to contact the author of this
installer to obtain a new copy. It may be possible to skip this check by
using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMENDED).

If this is the error message you get, then the possible solutions are
supplied in it:

3) try downloading and installing a new copy of OO
