[pchelpers] Re: OE/ forwarding / carots

That's a good question, Re-Na. I just looked myself in the Tools Options and
realized I used to be able to choose what kind of character you want to use
on those forwards. So, as you said, Where is it? ... in XP Home, that is.
If you are wanting to clean up those carots from someone's else's message
prior to forwarding, programs were suggested before when this request was
posted. Robert McLellan uses ecleaner (I know because he put that on my
computer.)
Some copy and paste the message into a program that cleans those things up
for them.
Some do it manually as in delete, arrow down, delete, arrow down,
delete.....
