Most of those video card fans are a different size from the ones
normally available. The noise generally indicates that the fan shaft
is clogged with something. If the noise doesn't settle down, or if the
noise stops happening, time for a new fan, quickly, if you can find
one.

Still seems very low.  Unfortunately, it's not as easy in Win9x to
find out which program(s) is the culprit.

Ideally, of course, you shouldn't need a memory manager. My feeling on
the subject is that if you need one, it's time to zap Windows and
start fresh.
