[pchelpers] Norton

Well, it took over an hour on the phone but Norton is gone on his pc.  
Add/remove would not remove it.  Got some error message.  Symantec's web 
page told me what to do because of  that error.  Basically he had to go 
thru all the steps of 'installing' it before he could uninstall it.  
What a mess.
