[pchelpers] No Disk

My wife has been having a problem every time she downloads from the 
internet.
Whenever she clicks on the file link, the box would open asking if she 
wants to play the
file or save it to disk. She clicks save, and then picks where she wants 
to save the file.

Then an error box comes up saying that there is "no disk in the drive."
She has to click the retry button 5-10 times before it gives up and 
downloads the file.
Just before it's get through with the download the same error box comes 
up and she has to
click the button another 10 times for it to finish the download.
This happens in Firefox and IE.
