[pchelpers] Re: Newsletter Link

I put the file up on the FTP site.  I had to determine the path from http to the
file name.  The editor is having trouble but I am not. I think she copied the
path by hand and made a typo.  Acrobat takes time to load especially on a
Windows 98 machine that does not have much RAM.
