[pchelpers] Newsletter Link

Below is a mesaage from the editor of Tall Club of Long Island.  I was thinking
of uploading the newsletter to the FTP site but not link it to an anchor tag. I
may give it a file name TCLINewsFeb2005.pdf.  Is that possible?

Hi Gerald,
 
I know I asked this before but your answer was too tecnical for me so I will
re-ask.  Can you create an URL for the newsletter?  I don't want it visible on
the website.... maybe you can hide it "behind the scenes?"  If you could, then
each month you would create one for me so I could just send the link to those
entitled to the newsletter and it would be a faster download.
