[pchelpers] News:Siblings confirmed to have spread computer virus

Inspectors confirmed that two brothers from the Vietnamese northern city 
of Hai Phong created a virus that has recently spread widely on 
computers using Yahoo Messenger service in Vietnam.

Inspectors of the Ministry of Post and Telematics and investigation 
agency on Friday worked with the two young men, who created Xrobots, 
also known as gaixinh (Pretty Girl) worm that began to spread in Vietnam 
April 10.

Xrobots had spread widely but did not affect the data in infected 
computers, the ministry said.
