[pchelpers] News:Hackers Demand $10M Ransom for Medical Data

Virginia's Department of Health has been allegedly hacked, and 8.3
million patient records have been allegedly stolen via digital means.  A
ransom note was published to Wikileaks, demanding 10 million USD in
ransom, or else the confidential patient records would be sold. While
this incident remains unconfirmed, the Virginia Department of Health is
refusing to answer media questions on the matter.
