[pchelpers] News:Germany Rounds Up Foreign Hackers

Germany is rounding up the usual suspects, in a crackdown on Internet
crime. 
This effort is also aimed at foreign (especially Chinese and Russian)
espionage efforts, aimed at German government and military networks,
that have done a lot of damage lately. Some of the investigations have
gone on for over a year, as the threat has been recognized for several
years. European countries, especially Germany, as putting more effort
into tracking down and arresting Internet based gangsters. Some gangs
have set up outposts in Germany, which has a large East European
population. Some of these migrants have also established 
themselves as Internet bandits, often because friends back home told
them how easy it was to do. But while there may be few laws against
Internet crimes farther east, Germany has lots of those laws, and is now
enforcing them.
