Terrible article. Looks like someone forgot to proofread. "Common
Criteria" should be capitalized, and is one of the less obvious
errors.
There are already "secure configurations", which are apparently
available for purchase preloaded on systems from authorized vendors.
This kinda sounds like typical government redundancy. :) Or maybe the
White House is requiring ALL agencies to do this, instead of only the
agencies which already require it.
