Boy I'm batting a million today! John remember no face no voice no body
language so e-mails can be misunderstood. This was a cry for help e-mail,

Well, a switched off machine has to be the most secure. Your frustration is
understandable.
Would you prefer to remain ignorant of things like this (and suffer along
with the others)? I'm only trying to help.
