[pchelpers] New script (just finished)

Perhaps calling it just finished is presumptuous (I just thought of new 
additions), however, the details have just been published on this web page:

It is a Perl script I have been working on since last year.
PURPOSE: To create a wide variety of html web pages on demand using a 
carefully crafted link to run the script on a web host.
Apart from those directly involved in its development, you are among the 
first to know about it.
