[pchelpers] New scam

There is a new email scam (at least to me)
I got an email claiming that a group has found a cure for HIV.
But they had to go into hiding because everyone is trying to kill them 
for it.
They need money to be able to get this cure into the hands of all the 
Doctors.

What will they think up next LOL
