[pchelpers] Re: New page to help users maintain PCs better

Hello John Going back as few years I copied an article from pcstats onto 
my site located here:

It teaches people how to do tweaks to their system which I hope is 
pretty self explanatory. I welcome comments critical or not from the 
list as to its usefulness.
