[pchelpers] New message-Disregard Prev Message

My question is about setting up an email account.
I set up an email account for my friends at the host server
where there WWW page is located. All appears OK.
When I go to that site at their customer account it shows
one mail box with the name numberone@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I sent a test message to the email account that I set up.

Now what should I do for them to be able to download that message
and future messages to their computer? Is this something that I do
from their office with say for instance, "Outlook Express"?
Or, do I go to the web hosting site, "Pair.com" and look for some
instructions.

All that other business in the earlier email about "Xspedius" is deep six.
My friends are going to use them for other purposes. This is the simple
solution to give them an email address with their domain name. Formerly,
they were using AOL and had an AOL name for which they will no longer
subscribe. There were ten available mail boxes at their web site host for
which
they are already paid three years in advance. So, I'm going to use  that
capacity.
