I  have  an antivirus program and it keeps itself updated.  Not having
such  and/or  not  taking  sensible generic precautions is a danger to
everyone else.

Generic precautions:

1. Don't accept candy from strangers.

2.  Don't accept mail with white powder leaking out of it that appears
to be from people that you know.

3. Don't hang out in dark alleys on the wrong side of town.

4. Carry condoms with you in case you meet a rapist.
