[pchelpers] Re: Never dial a connection

Not sure about this particular change, but some of them come from
Windows when updating your Windows network settings. That can result in
unwanted protocols added to your dialup adaptor, which hinders your
internet communication.

I just go through the settings and eliminate unwanted stuff.
