[pchelpers] Netsky.Q

Hi All
I'm running Eudora Email Client - I've lost faith in OE after I lost ALL in 
December.
This evening I received an attachment in a zip file from a site I do not know.
Being suspicious that it was a virus I was frightened to click on it to 
delete same.
Instead I ran a virus check of the folder it was sitting in (Eudora files 
all attachments in an "Attach" folder).
Lo and behold AVG tells me that it is the dreaded Netsky.G virus.
My question is - how can I rid the beast from the Attach file without 
running the AVG program? Running the program will take forever, but I want 
Netsky OUT, OUT!!!!!!!
