Jo, if it seems to work fine, don't break it.
Chances are that the traces of the old MB are already gone, but check
anyway.
If it acts funny, I'd say back up everything that you can, making sure
that you have everything out of \Windows, \Documents and Settings, and
\Program Files that you might want. Then just go ahead and do a FRESH
install, which will wipe out, partially or completely, those folders.
If you're able to save EVERYTHING on the hard drive that you might
want, so much the better, because apparently it will sometimes wipe
the entire drive, although I've never seen that happen myself -- I
suspect someone simply picked the wrong option in those cases.
