[pchelpers] Need ARJ

I have a set of vga drivers for a corrupt system, but they are in an arj 
archive. The arj site http://ultra.glo.be/tsf/en/dlarj.html does not 
seem to download properly at present. If anyone has a copy of arj or 
arj360 would you mind sending me a copy as an attachment, thanks.
