P3 International makes the 120V one that I have.

I saw one when I was looking for 120V versions; it took me a while to
find it again. None of the sites that I found which offer that
particular device show a picture which is good enough to read the
words on the device (perhaps deliberately), so I continued looking.
Now I have two devices for you to look at. :)

The black one is a "Brennenstuhl PM 230".

The general name for them appears to be "kwh meters".

Good luck finding one in NZ; I couldn't find any on eBay/nz.
