In addition to John's suggestion, there's usually a link provided in
the message, that you can click on for more details.

You might try reinstalling Thunderbird, to see if that fixes the
problem.  Be sure to download it again, in case your version is
corrupted or is no longer the most recent.

Right-click on My Computer, select Manage, go to the Advanced tab,
click the Error Recovery button, and select "Disable error reporting".
Leave a mark in the checkbox for "But notify me...".
