As far as I know (for what it's worth), you can run it multiple times;
I would assume that you can use it as a backup mechanism if you wanted
to.

It creates files that will fit on whatever media you use, up to 2G in
size (if stored on a hard drive). On my system, it took 12 minutes to
create 2 files, one 2G in size, and the other just a hair under that.
That's not, of course, everything on my hard drives, and not even
everything on C:, so don't burn your bridges and be sure to check in
folders other than \Documents and Settings, for stuff that you want to
keep.

If you have enough data, you might want to see about hooking up the
old drive to the new system, and copying the resulting file(s) that
way, instead of by floppy. If you decide to go ahead and use floppies,
you might want to go through your documents and toss anything large
that you don't want to keep.
