[pchelpers] Motherboards

I would appreciate some input & opinions on a micro atx board that retails for 
about $50.00 (that general area). I prefer onboard video & sound & even dial up 
modem if I can get it. I know Asrock makes one w/all. 
I would even appreciate knowing your favorite ATX form factor mb's w/the above 
onboard.
