Try replacing the battery. Most nowadays are standard CR2032 watch
batteries.
Also, try clearing the CMOS, followed by going into SETUP and setting
the values that you want and then saving; I saw a case once that seems
like what you describe, and clearing the CMOS took care of the problem.
