You can fix any system files without re-installing by using System File 
Checker. Just go to Start/Run and type SFC.
Let it check through all the files and allow replacement of any 
suspicious or corrupt ones when they are presented to you. If the fault 
persists after that, then it is either a registry problem or a 
configuration file problem (particularly where acncanada is concerned). 
You may need to delete the existing settings for acn canada and re-enter 
them. A cold re-start after that may help it re-load the correct values. 
Write back if it still causes a problem.
