[pchelpers] Microsolf Outlook 2000

I have a problem with my Microsoft Outlook 2000, which is suppose
to receive mail from "acncanada.net".  My mailbox does not
recognize my server "acncanada.net" anymore.  Now if I go through
my other server "pacificcoast.net" Outlook 2000 picks up all mail
from "acncanada.net" and Outlook 2000 is able to send mail
through "acncanada.net" via my server "pacificcoast.net".  My
computer is not recognizing the server "acncanada.net".  It has
happened again and again and I was told by the support at
'acncanada' to fix my Windows 98 program.  The reason why I kept
two servers is that if one is down the other one works.  Well,
this past month, it is only pacificoast.net that is working.
Short of getting rid of acncanada, would it be okay to reinstall
Windows 98 without interfering with all my Office 2000 & other
programs?  Also, if I reinstall Windows 98, would I have to
update from Microsoft all the patches?
