I am thinking of getting a new PC. Now that stores are liquidating their
stocks of Windows XP PCs the prices are coming down. More hard drive space and
RAM for less money than four years ago. Ethernet card included. I noticed
that a browser was not included in the specifications. Did the USA courts rule
that Microsoft cannot include Internet Explorer with new PCs?
At any rate Microsoft is just charging for the shipping of IE6 SP2. So I
felt it would be good to have. Would I have saved $1.80 (US Dollars) by not
purchasing the IE 6 SP2 from Microsoft? Is there a browser on new PCs?

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
