I just put neotrace on this address (239.255.255.250) and it is getting
no response from the system. That can mean one of 2 things:
1) It doesen't exist (or is offline) or
2) It is protected by a NAT router/firewall which prevents outside
intrusion.
Therefore, I can see no reason to be contacting it..If, however, it
belongs to someone who has been taken offline for nefarious activities,
then there is cause for concern. Under such circumstances, the system
should be scanned completely for virus, adware or other nasties.
