[pchelpers] Map image fails to show on Mapquest

   Is anyone having trouble getting maps to display on Mapquest. For some
reason both on Firefox and IE the map does not display for me but there is a
little red X displays instead.  The activity seems to go thorugh all the
selections until it gets to the last '1'  and hangs there. Then after that
the red x ddisplays.
