Another 2 cents;
If you don't have one already, get a good spam blocker, I like Spam Bully.
Also, if using Outlook Express set it to read email in plain text.
You can always change it back to read legit html emails.
Web Bugs in html can let a spammer know his email reached its destination.
And never ever answer spam or go for that come on to opt out.
