Hi, all!
I came across this a few weeks ago, and after using it several times,
I'm impressed.
I used to use AVG as antivirus, and have switched to
Avira, since it finds and removes lots of stuff that AVG doesn't even
notice.
When I try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, it finds stuff that Avira
doesn't find. It has a free version for doing manual scans, which is
what I'm using it for.

For repair tools, there's ComboFix. This is another technician tool,
which most people whould use only with assistance.
I found both at BleepingComputer.com.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
