[pchelpers] Maintain your email address on pchelpers

After considering the most recent error reports from freelists, I have 
reluctantly had to remove four list members.

It's not for anything they did, but for what they did not do. Each of 
them had old email addresses subscribed for some time until their email 
providers began to reject mail to them and returned error messages.

I wrote to them all individually first and found my messages returned 
unread.

Moral to the story: Keep your subscription up to date PLEASE! Old email 
addresses don't help anyone. You can do that here:

reminded by this to set your membership to an address you use regularly 
so your membership will remain current! Otherwise, how will you get list 
help when you need it?
