Could use RAR or something like that to archive it.  Specify the
maximum size of the archive, and it'll create several files, all of
the size specified.  For a 90 meg file, though, you're looking at 90
pieces, each sent individually.  Burning to a CD or DVD is likely to
be the best solution, especially if some of the relatives have byte
limits.
