I am the affiliate club webmaster and not editor.  There are database programs
and the labels can be printed out like they always were.  It is just the Xerox
expense and postage that we are trying to save.

I offered to put the newsletter in a password protected folder on our Website
and email the link on an internal mailing list but that was rejected too.  And
for that I am glad because there will be countless requests for the password
and I cannot verify each one as an affiliate club member. 

I do not know the extent of the mailing list.  The club has the money for
postage so I am not going to dwell on a matter that does not concern me.  Thank
you for all your help on this matter but the newsletter is already in the mail
so this matter is closed.
