I would not recommend upgrading a Windows 98 computer to anything
above Windows 2000 (at most), at least not without bumping the memory
up to at least 512 MB (and you may need a bigger hard drive also), and
for the price of Vista and memory, you'll be close to the price of a
new computer.
As for AOL and McAfee, they would both be high on my "remove
immediately" list.
