[pchelpers] MS Automatic updates continuing to fail

The following updates continue to attempt to install but also continue 
to fail for some reason.
I went back to MS and had it scan for needed updates. It came up with 
the same list downloaded all and included another which worked just fine 
but the same updates failed again with no helpful information as to 
why.  Just do not have a clue at this point as to what to do about it.

Security Update for Office 2003 (KB954478)
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB953404)
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter (KB956077)
