He did say upgrade.  You can't upgrade with a non upgrade version.  And may
I be so bold as to mention here that upgrades are more full than the so
called 'full' versions.  They both have all of windows but the upgrade
version has extra programs that allow you to keep your old settings and
programs.

So do we take him at his word?  :-)
