Restart and watch the memory change.
If you have XP, memory leaks are relatively rare.
Do you actually have some kind of problem? If not, then don't worry
too much about it.
If you are having problems, and if you have plenty of disk space, you
might want to adjust the amount of virtual memory. That's what
virtual memory is for, to fill in when you're low on physical memory.
Where are you getting the "47.98 MB" figure from?
